We aim to offer appointments at a convenient time for you in comfortable surroundings with polite and friendly staff. We strive to provide a patient centred service which reflects the needs of our population.
Seymour Medical Centre offers both pre-bookable and same day appointments with our GP’s and Nurse. We serve over 6000 patients in the local area and we continue to accept new patients into our surgery.
In addition to the normal GP appointments, we offer a wide range of other services including: Home Visits (where deemed appropriate by the GP), Antenatal services, Family Planning and contraceptive services, Blood test Clinics, New Patient Health Checks, Nurse Clinics for long term conditions (e.g.- hypertension, heart disease, COPD, asthma), NHS health checks for those aged between 40-74 years, care planning, dementia services.
